Krishna more known as KRISARU on the Web, brings many years of Web Consultancy experience to his role as Web Business Strategist & Search Engine (SEO) Consultant emphasizing on Web Technology Optimization. He has led the web business development team, where he was responsible for the development of web business growth strategy efforts as well as the web analysis, pricing and structure of new web business relationships emphasizing in web technology. Krishna also specializes in assessing the competitive implications of information technology and in managing large-scale implementation efforts.

With the optimization of web technology, he believes that operational cost of companies and businesses could be reduced and this enables the company to build overall performance. In addition, he has taken Web Marketing as another aspect in developing and strengthening businesses. With extensive experience in helping clients anticipate the fundamental impacts web technology will have on the structure of their industries, Krishna has assisted them to develop a range of strategies to deal with the changes.

In his educational career development, ever since he was appointed as the Associate Instructional Designer by Open University Malaysia on contractual basis, he has adopted technology in education as the main platform for knowledge sharing. He has implemented various eLearning tools in Malaysian Institute of Baking and for Web Corporate Clients. He went on very immensely in using Web Technology especially related to web tools and features. At SEGI International, he was appointed as Learning Management System Manager to manage their E-Learning Portal and provide expertise to the Corporate Management and staff including training the Academic Team.

In his Corporate Training exposure, he has conducted various trainings for clients including in-house trainings for clients on Optimizing Web for Productivity Improvement, Electronic Advertising, Online Web Applications, Web Marketing, and Search Engine Visibility.

Krishna has held managerial and management positions in the business service, education and information sector at various corporations and organizations. For corporate clients, currently he serves them in multiple roles such as Web Advisor, Web Business Strategist, SEO Consultant and so on. He strategizes businesses using web technology. Amongst the highlights of his career, would be his prominent contribution in ground breaking web techno strategies for global corporations such as PSI-InControl Malaysia, Witura Technology, Malaysian Institute of Baking, Sonali Fashion, EC-Council, SASA-AirCargo, Jayapadu Security and Astasoft Malaysia.

As his CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) efforts, he does contribute as Web Advisor for few NGOs / Corporates such as Malaysian Association of Learning & Development (MyLeaD), Chefs Association of Malaysia (CAM), Malaysian Vegetarian Society (MVS), Institute of Public Relations Malaysia (IPRM), Soroptimist International Club, Bangsar (SICB) and few more.

As at today, he has educated and trained hundreds of individuals and students who are exposed to web technology with the assistance of Internet and Google systems. A number of them are already in e-Business ventures.
