Honorary Secretary, Contact Centre Association of Singapore

Rosaline comes with years of hands-on experience in the Contact Centre and Customer Service industry since 1997 when she first started out.


With the CCAS, she has served 4 years (2 terms) and out of the 4, 2 years were served as the Honorary Secretary (2012-2014). This will be her 3rd term with the CCAS.


Many know Rosaline when she was the Director for OmniTouch International where for 10 years, she has been the key person assisting the OmniTouch Founder & Strategic Advisor, Daniel Ord to build and grow the company locally and globally.


In 2012, Rosaline decided to put her career on-hold for further studies. She has since completed her studies from the University College Dublin with an achievement of a Second Class Honours, Grade 1 for the Masters of Science (MSc) in Management.


She is one of Asia’s first CIAC-Certified Management Consultants and is renowned for her Client management expertise from Clients around the world.


Rosaline is also known as a Mystery Shopper Expert and Presenter with more than 10 years of experience in setting up and managing these complex operations whether national, regional or globally. She has set up partnerships in over 30 countries across Asia, Africa, North and South America, Europe and Australia conducting Mystery Shopping research.


She also serves actively as a volunteer in various charity events conducted by Nam Hong Welfare Service Society since 2010.
