Stanley brings more than a decade of Customer Service experience, specializing in contact centre systems, quality assurance and performance analysis. In 2011, he has been appointed as the SG Project Manager for Global CS Contact Centre Upgrade Project whereby, Singapore is the pilot country for Asia Pacific region. Stanley drives and facilitates the achievement of service excellence via the adoption of best demonstrated practices through improvement programs. He is proud to be the Silver winner for Best Contact Centre Quality Assurance Specialist of the year 2012 awarded by Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS).
