William Wong is the Director of the Corporate Development and Research Sub-group in the LTA, Singapore. His current portfolio includes overseeing the organisation development, service excellence and strategic research projects functions within the Corporate Planning Group. William has been with the LTA since 2000 and before his appointment as Director in Corporate Planning, he was managing the Customer Service functions at the Vehicle and Transit Licensing Group which is LTA’s key customer touch point.  He holds a first class honours Engineering Degree from the University of Newcastle (Australia). Prior to joining LTA, he was working with Sony International (Singapore) where he acquired experience in regional sale operations, production planning, inventory control and quality management.
